1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work to get your order to you as fast as possible.


2. Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.


3. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work only with trusted carriers, delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.


4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDF downloads, eCourses)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
